Try swb_cond menu option Transport.

It should add an entry to a transport.

Check table SWBRULECOM. Via SE16.
Your rule condition should be there in DEV.

If it is, and the above didn't work,
add it manually to the transport.

SE10 _> object list.
the entry R3TR TABU SWBRULECOM
is expected.
double click to enter the key to send.

Still doesn't work.
If the table isnt being transported, why is the question.
The only way I know this can be prevented is via
the so called Object bill of material.

Check that either no entry or if it exists, that certain key ranges
are not be ignored.

Did you search for notes?

Subject: Transport Startcondition Workflow

Dear Workflowers,

We have transported a workflow and everything seems to work ok, except for the startcondition. The startcondition is also transported (more than once!) but it looks like it is not received. In transaction "SWB_COND - Startcondities workflow" our workflow is not even listed so I can't do it manualy
either.

Is there something I have to refresh?

Kind regards,
Roberto Mast
