Hi All
Thank you to those that responded.
The following container elements are created when creating a workflow v=
ia
transaction "SWUY".
Container element Data type reference
Explanation
ARBGB T100-ARBGB
Message ID (application area, for example 'WO')
MSGNR T100-MSGNR
Message number (for example '430')
MSGTY SYST-MSGTY
Message type ('E', 'A', 'S', etc.)
MSGV1 SYST-MSGV1
Message variable 1
MSGV2 SYST-MSGV2
Message variable 2
MSGV3 SYST-MSGV3
Message variable 3
MSGV4 SYST-MSGV4
Message variable 4
TEXT T100-TEXT
Message text in which the variables (&) are not replaced
MESSAGE Without type, that is C(255)
Message text in which the variables are replaced
We have also enter the assignment between Workflow and message in table=
T100W which will start the new created workflow when the workflow icon =
was
click.
Good news is that our newly created workflow has started however not al=
l
the error message details are sent to the workflow container.
Container elements "MSGV1" to "MSGV4" are not sent to the workflow
container from the message (Refer Below) does anyone have an idea why t=
hese
elements was not populated.

Hi Nat,
in version 4.6c I had a similar problem depending on how you set up you=
r
Help (menu path Help > Settings).
If the help display was set to 'in Performance Assistant', the workflow=
wasn't triggered unless I was running from the Workplace. Try changing =
the
help display to 'in modal dialog box'.
Cheers
Cristiana

Hi Nat,
as I know, the workflow will not be started automatically. When the
error message appears you have to click on the ?-Icon to display the
long text. On that screen you will find a new button to start the
workflow that you have set up with the SWUY-wizard.
Best regards Uli Mende
