Hi Jose,
There's even a standard rule that already does this in much the
way Phil describes.
Suggest you use transaction PFAC to look at rule 138.
 
Or you can create your own rule but you can use the standard function
module RH_GET_STRUCTURE - when you put this in your new rule and press
enter an extra field will appear for filling in the evaluation path.
See rule 00400153 for an example.

Build a role based on a function.
Function can call function RH_struct_get.
This remove pass back the agents returned.
 
Use an EVAL path that returns all (P)s from a starting ORG unit.
You can find, a suitable EVAL path using RHWEGID0.
 
Test the EVAL path using ABAP  RHstru00.

we have a org unit hierarchy in our HR module.
now, when i added for the possible agent the superior org unit i can not  see the agents that r connected for the org unit's son. is it normal ? do i have to define each sub org units for each task ? thanks Tamir
