Hi Simon,

We plan to use this procedure for the cases when the user has no substitute
defined.

Regards,

Ernest

Hi Ernest

You could of course get user A to set up B as a substitute before he goes
away

Subject: Forward work items of user A to user B

Hello WF Group,

Could you help please with the following on R/3 4.6C:

The user A is absent and have a lot of work items in his Inbox. The
Workflow
administrator can display the contents of his Inbox with transaction SWI5,
but he likes to forward all work items of the user A to the user B. Within
SWI5 it is possible only one by one, and even the administrator has to
reserve each work item before the forwarding - too time consuming.

Do you know any standard way to forwarding selected (all) work items of the
user ?
Did you prepare any custom development for that ?

Thank you for your help.

Regards,

Ernest
