Have a look at SM58 and see if any RFCs are stuck there, and restart them if necessary. Also check for dumps (st22) and manually correct those.

Could anyone please advise on the following. The user wf-batch was locked
(admin mistake) resulting in dialog processes reducing and basis rebooting
the box.
 
Q. Would all the workflows 'stuck' resume on their own after the system
comes back (I changed the wf-batch password and unlocked & re-synchronised)
but cant see any wrkflows in error.
