on Enterprise (Basis version 6.20) you can do it in the Workflow =
Builder via
Workflow --> Import/Export --> Export to XML file (or Import from XML =
file).
 
As you're most probably on a lower release, you need to get the
authorizations to the transport directories.

I hope that somebody can help me.
 
Is there any way of download a workflow to a local
file??
 
I need to transport this WF to another system and I
don4t have authorization to the data and cofile
directories.
