Starting WS20000075 about menu System -> Workflow -> Start workfl ow

Dear workflowers,
 
i have customized the release strategy to start workflow WS20000075
and it works. But now i want to know how to start this workflow in
transaction ME22 about the menu System -> Workflow -> Start workflow.
I always get the message 'No suitable tasks available'. We are on release 4.5B.
 
Does anyone have any idea what is wrong here? I would appreciate any
help you could give me.
