WF For Purchase Reqs/Orders

Hello fellow WFs -
 
Does anyone have any documentation on how to set up WF to send email
messages when purchase requisitions and purchase orders are created? We are
running 4.5B and the authorization levels range anywhere from 2 - 8 people,
depending on the requisition dollar amount.
 
Any information that you can provide would be greatly appreciated!
