User-Id and Profiles changes

Hi workflowers.
 
I need your help, please...
 
I have to trigger these events:
 
         user-id changes,                                     for example:
password modified,  inserting new profile....
 
         profiles changes,                                   for example:
inserting new task, inserting new auth. obj...
 
for sending a mail
 
I found business object USER with no events and nothing for profiles.
 
Anybody knows some user-exit or something else for trigger the events???
 
we are running on 4.6C
