Memo from Nicholas N Brand of PricewaterhouseCoopers

Hi,

We have set up auto-forarding for our users using SO36 admin transaction -
we 'batched' the transaction and did a mass update via an Excel
spreadsheet.
We now need to change some of the email addresses. However, when we try and
use SO36 again, we get the error message 'Activation time already exists'.
Although we can get around this by going to the user's inbox and deleting
the autoforwarding via Office > Settings we have quite a few to do.
Does anyone know of an admin transaction that allows you to
delete/deactivate auto-forwarding addresses centrally? Or has anyone
created a report that provides this functionality that they could share
with the group?

Kind regards,
Nicholas
