Is this Possible?

Hi Bill,
Yes I agree with the others - it sounds like they don't really understand
what workflow is all about. The point of workflow is to PUSH the work to
agents. If you need to push it to
multiple agents that's fine of course. Maybe they aren't aware that
workflow can
send to multiple agents - that's a common misconception of new workflow
users.
All you need is a rule that identifies all the relevant agents - or you can
just
use the possible agents (correctly assigned to the relevant agents) without
any rule
over it - i.e. a shared services arrangement.

Subject: Is this Possible?

Someone here has suggested that when a workflow generates a workitem that
instead of sending it to agents we store it in a public folder that anyone
with access to that folder can access it - I don't think that workflow is
designed to do this - or if it is even possible - could someone tell me if
I am right or wrong?

Thanks in advance!
Bill
