RESIDOCM and TS30200088 linkage

Don't really want to develop a task to be triggered from changing the =
IDoc.
The report itself, (which monitors the number of incorrect IDocs) =
indicates
it will send a message to the user identified in the variant at its run
time.  It currently is not working and I am trying to figure out how to =
make
the report trigger the standard task.  Any specific steps would be
appreciated.  Have not found any direction in Online Documentation.

Hi Diane,
 
in SAP standard, the trigger is the status change of the IDoc. This =
function
is well documented and easy to set up. If you REALLY need to base the
workflow processing on the report, copy and change the report and =
trigger
custom events (or start the workflow directly) straight from the =
report.

Good morning all.  I have been tasked to get notification by workitem =
based
on results from report RSEIDOCM.  Apparently this is a report performed =
by
HR (and others) to evaluate a set number of IDOC status' or errors.  =
The
desired task is TS30200088, which displays the idoc in the assigned =
agents
inbox.  This task needs to be triggered by the message type of the idoc =
with
a certain status.  In the ALE, EDI, & IDOC SAP textbook, it provides =
the
steps necessary to make this scenario work.  Unfortunately it does not
provide complete instructions.   Has anyone set this up and can provide =
any
information on this?  The connection I am missing is how to trigger the =
task
from the results of the report.
