Can't call graphical editor in prod

I've seen that a couple of times as well.  I don't know of any OSS =
Notes
that would address this because I can't seem to catch it on a =
consistent
basis.  Do you have to come completely out of the environment and then =
go

We get this all the time (well, sporadically anyway.)  We find that =
from
PFTC it only errors the first time you click the WF Builder button.  If =
you
click it again, it seems to reset something and manages to load the =
version.

to activate your workflow in PROD just call the transaction SWUD, enter =
your
Workflow number and press the 'clock' next to 'Test environment'. Your =
WF
will be activated.
