Can't call graphical editor in prod

We get this all the time (well, sporadically anyway.)  We find that from
PFTC it only errors the first time you click the WF Builder button.  If you
click it again, it seems to reset something and manages to load the version.

Hi Sosthene,
 
to activate your workflow in PROD just call the transaction SWUD, enter your
Workflow number and press the 'clock' next to 'Test environment'. Your WF
will be activated.
