BUS1001006 triger event issue

Dear WF expert,
 
I created a WF and used event 'ViewCreated' as trigger. But when I tried to
change material, the WF was triggered. It should be triggered only when a
new view has been created. This hapened only the first time when I changed
the material master. It never hapened when I changed the smae material for
the second time. We are using SAP 4.6C.
 
Any ideas and suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
