Send from SAP to OUTLOOK using a background task with user WF-BA TCH

Hi Lisa and  Felix
 
I'm facing this problem too.  When the task is declared as a general task,
no problem.
When it's a background task, an error appears
OBJET SELFITEM method SENDTASKDESCRIPTION cannot be executed
 
NB: I gave a correct E_mail address to user r WF-BATCH ****

experience for this issue? Since I only took the training course last summer
