Hi,

I have a similar problem.

I want to customize sap that an attached document to a workitem will be
displayed via the wang image viewer from windows nt.
This is no problem for me. But I have a big problem if I want to close the wang
image viewer via sap. (transaction oaa3)

Do you have experience with this?

Can anyone answer this ?

You have a workflow item in SAP, and this workflow item has an attachme=
nt
that was created through Archivelink, such as an image or MS office
document, and this workitem is available in the SAP GUI:

If you are connected via MS Exchange via the SAP MAPIs, and you replica=
te
your workflow inbox, such that it is available through MS Exchange, ho=
w
are the archivelink attachments rendered ?
