Exist one alternative with SAP MAPI PROVIDER.
It is not necessary neither configuration in SAP R/3. You  must to =
install
SAP MAPI Provider in your client . It is in SAP GUI CD Presentation . =
After
this installation you can configuration your post office in MS Outlook
through the installation another service ( Tools > Services )
 
This way you can execute an workitem though your post office in MS =
Outlook.

Exist others alternatives more complex.

         We are in Version 3.1H(planning to upgrade to 4.6C shortly) . The
        workflow items are coming to individuals SAP inbox but they want to
see
        them in MS Outlook inbox. How to configure SAP Connect for this?  Do
we
        need to change some settings in MS Outlook too? Is there any simple
        documentation available for this?
