Subtypes

Hi All,
 
I have a question on the creation of subtypes, we are in a 4.6c environment=
.
 
I want to create a subtype of BPJOB_SMAN, call  it ZBPJOB_SMN.
 
When I look at the "Relationships" for BPJOB_SMAN it says it "inherits =
from"  PBJOB, does this mean that BPJOB_SMAN is a subtype of PBJOB?  If =
that is true, can I create a subtype of a subtype?
