Recipients for documents

Hi all,
 
In the recipients column for workplace documents, the recipients is always
your own name, never the org
plan object to which it was sent. In the recipient list tab it does say
which org plan object it was sent to,
and this would be very useful to help sort the documents. Does anyone know
how this could be done ?
