Creating events - Routing Created

Hello Folks,
 
I'm developing a workflow solution for Material Master creation and now =
I=B4m
facing a small problem.
 
In this workflow a need a triggering event but I could not find/ceate =
in R/3
(We are running on 4.6C).
The event I need is Rounting Created (Object BUS1012).
 
I tried to create the event via Change Document but the system says =
there is
no Change Doc Object for BUS1012.
 
Does anyone know if it=B4s possbible to create that? Where can I find
documentation to learn how to do that?
Maybe there is another way to create that event? Instead of using =
Change
Docs?
