Simon, again, look at the long text and work from there. "Workflow
definition for task & cannot be read". This could be an activation =
problem,
go into the workflow builder and activate the task, or search OSS for =
clues.

Hi Simon,

when you look at the texts for the messages in the workflow log, you =
get the
message variables replaced with the information from the instance of =
the
flow, so you will see which table it had problems writing to..

SM22 definitely is the system log and has been for a little while, so =
try
again...

Simon,

you need to give us the texts with the replaced variables also.. there =
is a
problem with agent determination and a database write error, but which =
can
only be determined with the full texts. The 482 error points to a db =
error,
check system log and dump analysis (st22, sm22).

Help please ....................

This is my first attempt ( How many times have you all head that ?) and
like everybody else it seems its the purchase requisition workflow =
that's
keeping me awake at night
.
Ive set up all the config and  that works ok, the right strategies are
being selected etc.

Ive activated the standard workflow WS00000038 and added some user =
names
into transaction OMGQ
e.g.
P0    05    Quality Dev Eng   2000  US    BFFREERS
P0    06    Quality Dev Mgr         2000  US    BFFREERS

but each time I create a requisition I get three error messages in my =
inbox
see below

The following error occurred in the workflow above:

Workflow 'Workflowforrequisitionrelease' no. 267067 step 3: Work item =

Please repair the suspended workflow

Select 'Execute' to display the incorrect workflow

Any ideas ?
