Linkage Error

I made a small change to a condition in a workflow template.  I performed a
syntax check and activated it.  When I tested the workflow for the first
time I received that message below.  I went back again to check and activate
the workflow.  I do not receive the error message, but the workflow does not
work.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
