Email alerts for work items sent many times and with incorrect details (RSWUWFML)

Hi,
 
I am having some problems using the functionality that sends external e=
mail
alerts for work items.
This is done by running RSWUWFML on an hourly basis.
 
The variant is set up with zero values for select "from work item creat=
ion
date and time".
Collective mail         X
Without executable attachment       X
 
1)   Duplicate emails - as far as i understand the way the variant it
configured means only one email should be sent.
2)   Incorrect details - the email the user receives e.g. for expenses
advance should read "trip number nnnn for =A38.90 has been approved"
but actually reads "trip number nnnn for =A30,00 has been approved"
 
 
Any ideas?
