SAP-Lotus Notes Integration

Hi Guys
 
I'm trying to execute workflows from Lotus Notes. Ive got it all set up using
Lotus Notes Integration for SAP Business Workflow and when I press the update
button the workitems are duly displayed, the problem come however when I try to
execute them I get the following error
 
Cannot find file Att3_OBJ_EXT
 
Has anybody any ideas on what the problem is ?
