Hi Susie,

Try delegation to BUS2032,
SWO1(Enter ZBUS2032 in Object input) -> Settings -> Delegate -> System-wide.
(Enter BUS2032 in "Delegation type").
You need to replace BUS2032 in the WF also.

Hope this helps,
Virendra.

Subject: Raising an Event

Workflowers:
This is probably a pretty basic question, but it has me stumped. I've
created an object ZBU2032 as a subtype of BUS2032 and extended the
attributes because I need a start condition based on the the customer's
classification (KNA1-KUKLA). I've created a single-step task that should be
created when a sales order is created for a specific customer
classification.

When I create the event via SWUE and use the ZBU2032, the task starts
(although the start condition is ignored). When I try to start the task via
VA01, the event raised is the BUS2032 and the task does not start.

How do I connect my ZBU2032 object to the creation of a sales order ?

Thanks much.
