Work Item History

Perhaps someone changed their security????
Or turned on HR structural authorisations???
Both of these could have a similar effect.
Work items don't disappear on their own - it's usually simply
that they no longer have them in their inbox view.

We had a potential problem a couple of weeks ago.
 
Some of our workflow users said that they had 100s of work items in their inboxes that suddenly dissappeared. We never ran RSWWWIDE and noone else took control of the work items.
 
Are there any suggestions as to transactions, logs etc that I can use to try and determine what happenned?
