Turning off Deadline Monitoring

Hi Shaelene,
If your workflow is an SAP provided workflow you can turn on/off deadlines at the step level as a customizing activity (ie. no need to copy the workflow first). This is part of the workflow configuration (4.6c) transaction SWDD_CONFIG.

Cheers,

Hi Derek

Deadline monitoring is actually specified on each individual task, so you need to go to the step in the workflow that contains the dialog task in question and de-activate the deadline monitoring there. The monitoring will be active under one of the Latest Start/Latest End/Requested Start/Requested
End/ tabs.

Regards
Shaelene

        Hello everyone,

There may be a simple solution to this but I can't seem to find it. How do
I turn off deadline monitoring for a specific workflow template?
