Dynamic columns for business worplace

Hello,
 
I'm facing a problem with the runtime establishement of dynamic columns in the business worplace. I customized in TA SWL1 the element of the task I want to display in the workitem inbox but it does not work very well (it depends of the element).
Does anybody have already worked on it with success?
