Security with S_WF_WI

Hi everyone,
 
My client wants to be able to decentralise the administration of the workflows (work items) by application (HR, PS, MM,...) so that an administrator in MM would not be able to correct problems in the other modules. We have tried to use task classification and adding the object S_WF_WI with the specific task clas but the user still as access to the work items when he use SWI2 transaction...
 
Does anyone have tried that ? Do you have a better way of doing this ?
