As a new boy here not sure if this is the right place but here goes.
 
I would like to gain some more understanding of using Web based front end
transactions to drive the Customer creation process in SD which would be
completed by workflow after the data has been entered into a web page on our
Intranet.
 
Hope that the requirement makes sense, could anyone point me at further
sources of information or if you have direct experience of this and are
willing to share I would be extremely grateful.
