Expression for Routing of Messages Not Working

this is a bit of a guess but does your user ID have 'US' in front of it. My
user is RASKINA so the HRPROFESSIONAL attribute should have the
value 'USRASKINA' in it. does it?
 
the other thing i would ask is have you assigned the task as a general task?
