Archive/delete (SARA) does not delete SWWLOGHIST

We have been running the archive delete job (transaction SARA) on the Workitem
tables. While the workitem is being deleted successfully from the SWWWIHEAD
table, the history log entries for some workitems do not get deleted from
SWWLOGHIST. I am unable to figure out why the Log History deletion is erratic.
As a result, I am forced to delete the Log History using SWUL.
