SAP MAPI vs SAP Exchange Connector

To All:
 
Does anyone have experience executing workflow via SAP MAPI or SAP Exchange
Connector. My client would like to send and email to Outlook and supply a
link that enable the person to click the link and have workflow kickoff. Any
help on this issue would be greatly appreciated!!!
