Trigger Event - Accounting Document

There is, actually. There is a whole range of function modules available for
standard texts which I use extensively through workflow to manage and
process high volumes of texts; mostly multiple page stuff.
 
Have a look at function groups STXD (mainly) and V75T.

I already use Business Transaction Events for BKPF, but i did not found a
function that sees eventually updates to STXH, the table of Standard
Texts...
... perhaps there is no solution to my problem... :-((
Not all is possible in Sap...
