Debugging/Troubleshooting a Responsibility Role

In 4.6 you find it as a toolbar icon in PFAC (main role transaction)
transactions - for instance in role display. SAP has not put the function in the
menus (pigs fly etc.) so you must use the toolbar button or the hotkey SHIFT+F8.
It is available in the popup menu (mousebutton 2 menu) of the screen, but I
suppose that comes automagically when it is in the toolbar.

I don't recall seeing this anywhere.  Is this only in 4.6?  If not, do you
know the t-code?
