Appraisal workflow WS01000108 used in workplace

Hi folks,
 
We have a slight issue with the appraisals workflow WS01000108 in the
workplace web component.
 
The approve/reject user decision step has a link to the appraisal object in
the windows gui but
does not in the workplace. This link is used to check the appraisal and
decide whether
to accept or reject the appraisal. All works fine in the windows gui but the
web gui in workplace
does not have a link to the object other than drilling into the 'Details'
icon which is a very technical
view indeed and requires more user training and navigation.
 
How did other people who have implemented the appraisals in workplace
approach this issue ?
