Changes not reflected in workflow

use transaction SWU_OBUF to refresh the organisational buffer, that will
take care of it.

Hi,
 
I am having some problems here.
 
I have made a copy of the ECM workflow ( WS20000754), made changes to the
copied workflow (WS99900001) and removed one of the standard SAP workflow
task within my copied version.
 
However, the changes has not been reflected within the IMG view. The
changes has only been reflected with the workflow builder.
 
Also another problem is my colleague has added some users to various roles
& positions within the organisational management chart but it's also not
reflecting the change.
 
It takes like a day to reflect the changes that we made. However, this
seems to be a problem here for us.
 
Does anyone have any ideas here? I would appreciate any help as soon as
possible.
