Deadline on the reading of a SapOffice mail

Hi Everyone,
 
Hope you could help.
 
In a workflow process, I must be able to manage a deadline on the reading
of a SapOffice mail.
Deadlines on workitem aren't suitable because when the mail is in
SapOffice the relevant workitem is completed.
Does a business object exist in order to trigger the event "Mail
Read" ?.... or wichever other thing???
I ask for help.
We are running on 4.5B
