Don't want item deleted from Inbox

Hi,
 
We have a task that goes to a number of recipients via
a default role.  When one person processes the item,
it is removed from everyone's inbox.
 
How can you make it so the work item stays in the inbox
of the other recipients until each person reads and deletes
the item?
