Memo from Fady Youssef of PricewaterhouseCoopers

Currently the client is planning to use email integration only to Lotus
Notes using the Domino MTA and SAPConnect tools for the configuration.

Client is also using SAP DMS and the standard "Document Distribution"
provided. This sends a SAP mail (type: RAW) with an attachment (object link
to the Document Info Record (DIR) in question).

The question is if we use email integration only via Domino MTA, will lotus
notes recipients be able to execute the object link attachment to the DIR
when the email is transferred to their lotus notes inbox, i.e. is it like a
shortcut where a SAP session will be opened, the user is prompted for a
user id and password and then the DIR in question is displayed, or will the
object link attachment be lost during the transfer to Lotus notes?
