Transport proposal

Hi,
 
   I am developing a workflow for transport system using the
transport proposal. When I created the transport proposal, I
did not see any event triggered as seen through event trace.
 
  Please let me know if any of you used the transport proposal
to trigger workflow. Any help is appreciated.
