RES: Workitem is not starting automatically

I checked transaction SWEL after the  purchase order creation but =
didn=B4t
have no information. The release strategy was determined for purchase =
order
but workitem wasn=B4t started.
 
What can be wrong ?I go to continue searching.

        Check transaction SWEL (make sure the event trace is active) whether
the
        events actually gets triggered. In my experience, most often there
is
        something wrong in the rather cumbersome release customizing so that
the
        requirements for the release are not actually fulfilled. You can
easily
        check this; if the "release" tab is present in the PO header after
creation,
        the release strategy was properly determined.

        Hi  all
 
        I configured workflow template WS2000075 (Release of the Purchase
Order)
        but the same isn=B4t  starting automatically. The RELEASESTEPCREATED
event is
        active and the customizing of the release strategy are also made.
What it
        can be wrong or missing ?
