configuring the workflow miniapp

Go to the role in question and then select Goto --> Workflow miniapp in the
workplace system.
 
Select 'New Entries'.
Enter the name of the role and select class of workflow, then mark the
'Active' checkbox.
 
Log out, try again and it should work.

Hello All
 
We have set up a workplace 2.11 system, and would like to use the
WORKFLOW_INBOX_MINIAPP
 
The problem is that when the miniapp is included in a user's role, no data
appears in it, apart from a message "No target systems defined for workflow
inbox for your user"
 
Maybe you can give me a hint where the above definition should be made ?
 
Can I assign more than one system to this miniapp ?
