Express work items after login

Sorry, could you try to rephrase your question, I have problems
understanding what you mean, especially the "after processing of step by
WF_BATCH" bit.
It sounds like a problem that has been previously discussed on this list.

Hi all,
if selected agent is logged in R/3, express work item is appeared. But if he
log after processing of step by WF_BATCH, not express message appeared.
Any suggestions?
