Heard of eHR Workflows?

Hi deannate
 
We are using the HR Workflow using lotus notes,workplace and the SAP.Being the
SAP BASIS guy, I have been setting up the connectivity between these server in
order to use SAP ESS for Claims,Leaves etc..
 
I am not aware of of any terms from sap as eHR.

Does anyone has any idea what "SAP eHR Workflows" are?
Are they SAP ESS HR Workflows? If anyone of you do know, could you kindly
let me know?  I tried doing a search on it at the sap website but had
results pointing to ESS HR.  I just need some confirmation if that's the
new term used for ESS?  Or is it something else altogether?
