workitem sent to a position

I have checked the validity periods, and they were OK, but by doing so I
found the reason: the position had no job associated. I associated one, and
it magically works... Thanks Helena for pointing me in the right direction.

Felix

Hi Felix

Have you refreshed the organisational environment for your user?
If this does not help, have you checked the validity of your assignments? Is
the position still valid and is the user assignment to the position still
valid?
And in the end, do you use any structural authorisations for HR and have
these been changed recently?

Subject: workitem sent to a position

Hi everyone,

I have a strange behaviour in my system: I have a work item sent to a
postion, the position is attached to my username.
When I create the workitem, I can see from the workitem that I am a selected
agent. All users are possible agents, and no user is excluded.
Here is the problem: From my SBWP inbox, I cannot see the workitem.

This only happens when I send to a position, not when I send directly to a
user.

Any idea where it comes from ?

Regards,

Felix
