Workflow Start

Hi Angelo/Kjetil,
If you really want to start the task directly from the user-exit
(and remember this isn't necessarily a good idea if database updates
are involved as the task would be started regardless of whether the
database update is successful) look first to see if you have a
suitable WAPI function module available. These are the offical SAP
interface to workflow and supercede the functions in function group SWWA
(although these do still exist).
If you have WAPIs in your release the appropriate WAPI would be
SAP_WAPI_START_WORKFLOW.

Yes.
Look in function group SWWA (sww_wi_start* for instance, but there is also a
function sww_ww_start which I have never studied closely - it may apply in
your
case).

Hi everybody...

In user-exit, I have to start a task. The only method i know is to create
an event and trigger the task by function SWE_EVENT_CREATE.

Is there a possibility to start directly the task???

Thanks to all...
