Activities in Inbox on BBPCRM2.0C / 4.6C

Hi all,
 
does anyone of you have experience with activities displayed in the inbox.
We have got the problem that there are only 100 activities max. displayed
and need more than this. Is there any customizing flag or entry to be set to
get more activities displayed?
And what about substitutions. Do I not get any acitivities from users I have
my substitution activated for?
