How to 'Un-Reserve' a Work Item in the Workflow Inbox
Scenario: When a transaction has been reserved (or executed in error), =
and
the transaction needs to be made available for another user to execute =
from
their Inbox.
Steps to take:
1. Execute transaction SO01 (menu path: Office =3D> Inbox)
2. Select the Workflow button.
3. Highlight the transaction by clicking on the small box the far le=
ft
of the transaction.
4. From the menu, select Work item =3D> Replace
The work item will now be un-reserved and will appear in the Inboxes=
of
all selected agents (those who originally received the Workflow Item=
).

tion
when you have hit the Execute button mistakenly? =A0We are on 4.6C.
